2. sparse matrix - conveys number of elements in matrix is zero
3. In order to convert from sparse to ordinary matrix -- you need to decide, what would be matrix size after conversion.
4. Second, what would be you would like to replace value instead of zeros.
5. If you decide on above two constraints, then matrix is basic either you can do through arrays or structure (pointer) linked list.
