I started working on speech to text (STT) using GCP and IBM Watson. Why do people prefer Python for such cases than C or C++? Is there any technical reason?

First of all python is easy and because in ease in coding there are many packages which are being developed continously by the community. So I think this is the reason why people prefer python rather than C/C++ for such cases.

Can you assign a different address to an array tag?
Nope, because Array Tag/Name is an alias or name to the first location of the array. It doesn't have any memory of its own (pointers do have their own memory).
