do you have any computer background before or not if yes there are many options to learn C language. if you know the basics of computer and computer programming you ca learn easily. but any language want practice daily

Do array subscripts always start with zero?
It purely depends on the programming language. C, C#, Java all provide array indices starting from zero (0). COBOL, FORTRAN, ALGOL etc. languages provide array indices starting from 1.
