C LANGUAGE IS PROCEDURAL LANGUAGE.IT ALLOWS US TO CREATE FUNCTIONS,STRUCTURES,POINTERS TO CREATE DATA STRUCTURES.IT ALSO HAVE LOW AND HIGH LEVEL I/O FUNCTIONS TO DEAL WITH FILES.
