its very simple, select your tutor and start your classes i think u can easily complete C in one month if you give 2 hours daily.

C takes not more than 10 days to complete .. 2 hours each day.. with around 100 examples... 1 month can be used to learn c + c++ both

To learn C, you must have basic computer knowledge like creating a file,saving etc. Then keep a tutor and attend classes for 2 hours/day. With regular practice and tracing the program on paper, you get good programming skills.
