Yes, every microcontroller that I know of has a C compiler and for most it’s the only one. C language can be more cumbersome for programming and sometimes you need a compiler/environment specific libraries or #pragmas but there is (almost) nothing you can't do with it. As for drivers, C enables you great low level access for both the OS and the CPU together with the ability to optimize the code for speed and resources thus making it suited for drivers. read less
