yes ofcourse no problem at all. although it is very simmilar to C.So its better to learn both.

Yes there is no relationship in learning python and C++. If you already know C/C++, your journey of learning python will be a tad bit easier because your programming fundamentals will be clear.

U need to know object oriented programming language for python for that purpose java is suitable .. C++ can do that too.
