yes..syntax of java is same as a c and c++..so it the advantage if you know any one of these.

Its better if you know them but if you dont then dont worry . U can still handle java.

No not at all. You can directly learn Java. But if you have prior knowledge of C/C++ it helps.

it is not a prerequisite but if you will learn c and c++you will get geek knowledge of java .as a beginner we should start with c .

Not compulsory. But it will be good if you know C and C++ because if you learn these languages, you can understand the concepts of object, it's properties, data structure which are important part in programming.
