Dear Sir. I am Graduate and Socialworker and I am going to South Korea in September 2016. So I want to speak English fluently and attend the conference in Korea. What can I do.

Cig is apparent that you know to read and write English. You do not speak fluently as you do not practice daily. Make it a rule to speak only in English , only read English news and watch English programs till its time to go to Korea. Practice makes it perfect.

Good listeners are always good speakers. As you listen you will speak. Try to listen to English news, articles....regularly more than earlier .
