"Hello, my name is Lav Babbar, and I am a dedicated and passionate Taekwondo coach with 5 years of experience in the field. My journey in martial arts began at a young age, and over the years, I have honed my skills and deepened my understanding of Taekwondo, both as a practitioner and as a coach.

I hold a Black Belt (1st Dan) in Taekwondo and have had the privilege of training under some of the most respected masters in the discipline. My training has not only focused on the physical aspects of Taekwondo but also on the philosophical and ethical principles that underpin this martial art.

Throughout my coaching career, I have worked with students of all ages and skill levels. I believe in creating a supportive and motivating environment where each student can achieve their personal best. My coaching philosophy is centred around discipline, respect, and perseverance, which are essential qualities in both Taekwondo and life.

In addition to technical skills, I emphasize the importance of mental strength and self-confidence. My classes are designed to build not only physical fitness and self-defence abilities but also to foster a strong sense of self-discipline and mental fortitude.

As a Taekwondo coach, my mission is to inspire and empower individuals through the practice of martial arts, helping them to lead healthier, more confident, and disciplined lives."
