I am Student of AMIE,and I am also doing PGDHSE.Is it good or me have to drop one ?

Well if you have time and you are serious about both then you can do both but there appears to be some disconnect. Assuming you have done diploma in engineering it will be a good idea to join an engineering college for lateral course, get you BE/B.Tech. then move on.

Simple answer : depends upon your capability but you must be clear about your career goal and according to that you take decision. Time is very precious and money always hard to earn so don't waist both. Do everything as per your career goal.

It depends on your capability. Both the courses have their own importance and most demanded in the industrial sector. You can complete your PGDHSE course firstly and along with this course focus more on your AMIE course subjects.
