Santosh Kumar

I am a socially driven individual and an engineering student with a strong commitment to education and community development. For the past 5 years, I have been working as a Master Trainer and Credit Linkage Officer (CLO) under the CSR initiative of Vedanta, Bokaro. Alongside my professional responsibilities, I have been offering home tuition in Science for the last 10 years.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have mentored over 50 students from Classes 1 to 10, with many of them consistently scoring between 80% to 90% in their academic examinations. I specialize in supporting average and underperforming students, focusing on building their foundational concepts and boosting their confidence.

As a result of my dedicated guidance, several of my students have successfully secured jobs in both government and private sectors. I am passionate about empowering youth through quality education and practical mentoring.
