Teaching has always been an integral part of my academic journey. I view it not only as a means to share knowledge but also as an opportunity to inspire curiosity, independent thinking, and creativity among students. I believe that an engaging academic environment thrives on the close interaction between research, teaching, and mentorship. I have gained extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. During my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur (2015–2019), I served as a Teaching Assistant for several core mathematics courses, including Real Analysis, Complex Analysis, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, and Topology. My responsibilities involved conducting tutorials, evaluating assignments, and mentoring students. At the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune (2023–2025), alongside my postdoctoral research, I have worked as a Tutor and Teaching Assistant for Calculus I, Calculus II, and Probability Theory, leading problem-solving sessions and assisting in evaluations. Most recently, I co-designed and co-taught a full course titled Topics: Symmetry and Lie Groups for BS and iPhD students, in collaboration with Dr. Navnath Daundkar and coordinated by Prof. Anupam Kumar Singh. My teaching philosophy centers on cultivating curiosity, conceptual clarity, and independent problem-solving. I strive to make mathematics accessible by linking rigorous formalism with intuition and real-world motivation. In my classes, I encourage active participation, provide historical and geometric insights, and design assignments that promote both precision and creativity. These experiences have strengthened my enthusiasm for developing courses that connect abstract theory with conceptual and computational understanding, while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
