C machine independent Programming Language? C is portable . Means What?

C is not complete portable language.You need to modify a little or not at all to run on another platform. So C is partial portable language while Java language is complete portable as you can write once and run anywhere.

What is the use of getch(); in the end of c program

getch() is used to hold the screen.It makes sure that you can see your output on the output screen.If you don't use getch() at the end of your c program then you won't be able to see the output of your program.

If you have good knowledge of c/c++ and just want to strengthen it then you can start by practicing in competitive coding websites like codechef,hackerearth,hackerrank etc. All of these have great questions which you can practice to improve your coding as well as logical skills.

write the code on pl/sql code that when executed fetches the complete record of user entered student... ...more
write the code on pl/sql code that when executed fetches the complete record of user entered student registration number from the table. the table created must have at least eight attributes. ten rows and three contrained being implemented.

We can get the complete details of a table by the SQL code- Select * from table-name;
