IdentityI worked as a Customer Care Executive at Tech Mahindra, Kolkata, from 2nd June 2025 to 2nd December 2025, where I handled customer queries, managed escalations, maintained service quality, and ensured a positive customer experience. This role strengthened my communication skills, patience, active listening, and ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
