No book gives you.....in and out of algorithms of Machine learning in Data Science .. you should refer Many ... prefer to get trained under some one

You should focus on the analytics part of Data Science, and not on big data. Analytics require knowledge of business along with Data Science skills.

It certainly give you benefit. But path is long & not so easy. It dons't mean too long or tough. Take around 6 months of exhaustive learning. You also need to learn some related applications/system for execution.
