I am a committed CSR and Training professional with more than eight years of diverse experience spanning youth skill development, instructional content creation, socio-economic research, project coordination, and comprehensive documentation. Across NGOs, CSR initiatives, and educational institutions, I have developed rich, hands-on expertise that integrates learning facilitation, program implementation, and stakeholder engagement with strong writing and analytical strengths.My career has largely focused on empowering youth and community groups through structured training, life skills education, and employability programs. I have delivered impactful sessions on life skills, workplace readiness, communication, POSH/POCSO awareness, entrepreneurship orientation, safety practices, and behavioural development. As a facilitator, I prioritize interactive, learner-centered approaches, breaking down complex concepts into relatable examples and practical activities.
