I have a foundational background in teaching, enriched by both theoretical training and hands-on experience. As a student of the Regional Institute of Education, Bhubaneswar, I have undergone rigorous pedagogical training aligned with the NCERT framework, equipping me with the skills to design learner-centric lesson plans, implement inclusive teaching strategies, and evaluate students effectively. I actively taught subjects aligned with the CBSE curriculum, managed classroom dynamics, and integrated art, storytelling, and activity-based learning into my lessons to keep students engaged. My approach emphasized clarity, creativity, and conceptual understanding. In addition to academic instruction, I participated in co-curricular activities, organized classroom displays, and helped in maintaining discipline and rapport among students. This experience helped me develop strong classroom management skills, a reflective teaching style, and the ability to adapt my methods to suit diverse learners.
