With over 35 years of distinguished service in the public sector and an additional 15 years of impactful experience in the education field, I bring a rare blend of engineering excellence and academic mentorship. A graduate of NIT Rourkela in Electrical Engineering, I’ve held senior leadership roles in the industry while continuously nurturing my passion for teaching. This unique combination has enabled me to translate complex scientific and mathematical concepts into real-world applications for students.

During my tenure as Senior General Manager at Odisha Hydro Power Corporation (OHPC), I spearheaded several initiatives that led to measurable improvements in operations and organizational growth. I was instrumental in implementing innovative strategies that optimized technical systems, enhanced efficiency, and resulted in substantial cost savings. My efforts were consistently recognized through accolades for leadership and exceptional performance.

Parallel to my professional career in engineering, I dedicated myself to teaching Mathematics and Science. For the past 15 years, I have been conducting private group classes for students from various academic backgrounds. My lessons are structured yet adaptable, designed to cater to individual learning styles while maintaining rigorous academic standards.

I emphasize conceptual clarity and analytical thinking, especially in Mathematics and Physics, which are often seen as challenging subjects. I guide students beyond textbook learning, encouraging them to develop problem-solving skills and scientific curiosity. This has significantly contributed to their academic success, including many clearing JEE Mains and Advanced, as well as excelling in board examinations.

My teaching style is practical-based and aligned with lesson plans tailored to the academic level and goals of each student. I regularly incorporate PPTs and video content to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. These tools help simplify abstract concepts and make them relatable, especially in subjects like Physics and Maths, where visual understanding often plays a key role.

Apart from academic instruction, I also mentor students in career planning and personal development. With my strong industry background, I provide real-world insights that help them make informed decisions about their futures. Whether it’s preparing for engineering entrance exams or understanding career options in the sciences, I aim to support students in every step of their academic journey.

With a foundation built on decades of leadership, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to student growth, I continue to teach not just for results but to inspire.
