IdentityI am a YOGA instructor and Self defense trainer in Odisha, India. I have done my Masters in YOGA and Naturopathy with 'Black belt' in Taekondow. I give online and offline YOGA classes , Taekondow and Self defence trainings to both male and female participants.

1- YOGA:
- Participated in 6th Seniors & Senior 'A' National YOGASANA Sports Championship (2025-26) and Secured participation in Back bend Individual (Senior A Women)
- Secured 'Bronze medal' in 6th State level YOGASANA Championship - 2025 in Senior Woman 'A' category (twisting body individual) - ODISHA, India
- Secured 'Gold medal' in District level YOGASANA competition in Senior women 'A' category (traditional), Dist- Kendrapara, Odisha, India.
2- Taekwondo:
- Bronze medal in Open National Championships (May 2025)
- Gold medal in 2nd Odisha State G4 open Taekwondo Championships (April 2025)
