After completing M.Com from Utkal University in 19809(60.84%, Grade A+) and M.Phil(Commerce) from Kurukshetra University in 1983(62.2%, Grade A) started teaching in Under Graduate classes at a private college in the city of CUTTACK during August 1983.Then in November 1983 i joined another private college located in the state capital in Bhubaneswar teaching to under Graduate commerce student till october 1984.From october 1984 to november 1986 i got an opportunity to work as Lecturer in Commerce&M.B.A at P.G.Dept. of Commerce &M.B.A at Utkal University, Vanivihar, Bhubaneswar where i was teaching Financial Management, Cost Accounting at M.Com classes and Marketing Management and Macro Economics&Business Law at M.B.A classes.Then from November 1986 to october 1988 iwas given assignment as Lecturer in Commerce(1st Post) at NOWRANGPUR COLLEGE, NOWRANGPUR by Director, Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar where i was H.O.D Commerce and was teaching Accounting, Cost Accounting, Salesmanship to +2 commerce student.Thereafer on transfer effected by Director, Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha i served at Rourkela Evening College, Rourkela&Govt.
