If you qualify for the job according to the company's requirement in terms of educational qualification and experience (if any), then the HR team will contact you. No need to follow up them You will not get a good response from HR. Wait for 3 to 4 weeks, in the meantime, if you do not receive any communication from the HR, then your CV has not been shortlisted. Hence, in this case, you will try some other companies by sending your CV. To get a positive response from the HR, you have to prepare an excellent CV which may draw the attention of the HR.
