I teach all subjects for students from Classes 5 to 7, with a strong focus on helping them develop a solid academic foundation. Over the past 10 years, I have guided numerous students through their learning journeys, helping them improve their conceptual understanding and achieve academic excellence. Teaching young minds has always been a deeply fulfilling experience for me, as it allows me to nurture curiosity, discipline, and confidence in my students.

I hold an MBA degree, which has enhanced my analytical and organizational skills — both of which I bring into my teaching. Additionally, I have completed a two-year Certified Teacher (CT) training program under the Government of Odisha. This formal teacher training has equipped me with structured methodologies, classroom management skills, and a deeper understanding of how to tailor lessons according to each student’s learning style and pace.

My 10-year teaching journey has been marked by many success stories. A large number of my students have scored between 90% to 95% in their school exams, which stands as a testament to my commitment and teaching effectiveness. These consistent results motivate me to keep refining my approach, ensuring that each learner I teach feels supported and confident in their academic journey.

In addition to teaching, I bring 18 years of professional experience in the banking sector, which has helped me develop strong communication, time management, and mentoring skills. This experience also adds a practical perspective to my classes — I often relate academic topics to real-world examples, making learning more meaningful and engaging for my students.

I follow a structured, student-centric methodology, ensuring every session is purposeful and interactive. My classes begin with a clear lesson plan tailored to the student’s needs and progress. I encourage participation through discussions, Q&A sessions, and regular practice exercises, which help reinforce understanding. I also use PowerPoint presentations and a whiteboard to make my sessions more visual and easy to follow.

My classes are available both online and offline, depending on what’s convenient for the student. In either format, I ensure that lessons remain interactive and goal-oriented. I also provide well-prepared notes that summarize key concepts, making it easier for students to revise effectively.

Teaching is not just about delivering lessons — it’s about inspiring curiosity and confidence. I strive to make learning an enjoyable and motivating experience for every child I teach. My goal is to ensure that my students don’t just excel in exams but also develop lifelong learning habits that help them succeed in everything they pursue.
