I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and have more than 10 years of professional experience in the social and development sector, with a strong focus on youth development, life skills, employability, community engagement and capacity building.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with young people from diverse social and economic backgrounds, designing and facilitating learning programmes that focus on confidence building, communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, career readiness and personal development.

My experience includes facilitating interactive and participatory training sessions, mentoring young people, supporting employability and job-readiness programmes, conducting workshops, coordinating community-based initiatives and engaging with different stakeholders.

I strongly believe in learning through participation and experience. I use activities, games, group discussions, role plays, reflection and real-life situations to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

This approach aligns strongly with my interest in Play for Peace, particularly its emphasis on using play and experiential approaches to build connection, inclusion, cooperation, empathy and peaceful relationships.

I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can contribute as a facilitator, trainer or youth-development practitioner, using my field experience and facilitation skills to support children, adolescents, young people, educators, community members and organisations.

I am open to online and offline facilitation, workshops, training programmes, youth and adult engagement initiatives and part-time assignments in Bhubaneswar and beyond.
