I am Jolly Kisku, and I teach all subjects to students from Class 1 to Class 5. For the past four years, I have been helping young learners build a strong academic foundation while making learning enjoyable and engaging. I believe that the primary years are crucial for developing confidence, curiosity, and essential learning skills, and I strive to create a positive environment where children enjoy the process of learning.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, which has strengthened my analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills. Although I have not pursued any additional teaching certifications, my practical experience of teaching primary school students has helped me understand how children learn best. I continuously adapt my teaching methods to suit the individual needs and learning styles of every student.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked closely with students from Class 1 to Class 5, helping them improve their understanding across all subjects. My experience has taught me that every child learns at a different pace, so I focus on providing personalized attention and encouragement to help each student overcome challenges and develop confidence in their abilities. Watching students grow academically and become more independent learners has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

My teaching approach is interactive and student-focused. I encourage children to actively participate in every class by asking questions, sharing their ideas, and engaging in discussions. Rather than relying solely on memorization, I explain concepts in a simple and relatable manner so that students understand the fundamentals clearly. I believe that when children enjoy learning, they become more motivated and perform better academically.

To make lessons interesting and effective, I use PowerPoint presentations and a whiteboard to explain concepts visually. I include examples, activities, regular practice exercises, and revision sessions that reinforce learning and improve retention. My classes are designed to keep students actively involved while gradually strengthening their understanding of each subject through consistent guidance and positive reinforcement.

I offer both online and offline classes, giving parents and students the flexibility to choose the learning mode that suits them best. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging, and enjoyable learning environment where every child feels comfortable asking questions, expressing themselves, and learning at their own pace. I am committed to helping my students build strong academic foundations, develop confidence, and cultivate a lifelong love for learning.
