Coordinates scheduling of students and teachers to maintain computer lab operations and activities. Instructs students and teachers in computer lab technology and software applications (e.g. answers questions, keyboarding, Apple Works, reading/math specialized programs, etc.) to enhance their understanding of lab operations and reinforce academic concepts.
Maintains computer hardware and software applications inventory to ensure the availability of equipment and/or instructional material in the computer lab.
Making Seating arrangements and University reports During University exams.
Installation and Configuration Linux-based Operating system and Troubleshooting Ubuntu issues.
Maintains computer lab (e.g. instructional materials, appropriate software, sets up materials for daily activities, etc.) to ensure the availability of equipment and programs to enhance the instructional program.
Conducting MH-CET and Government Exam.
Conducting SPPU Exam as Assistant to CEO
Assists other personnel as may be required to support them in the completion.
Troubleshoots malfunctions of hardware and software applications to determine appropriate actions to maintain computer lab operations
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop applications, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
Troubleshooting Networking-related issues and configuration of networking equipment. And Complete knowledge about DHCP, DNS, SEVER, Firewall, Switches
Laptop and Desktop Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting Knowledge.
Asset management and Maintain vendor records.
Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Return defective equipment to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, and maintain and restock parts inventory to maintain spare parts levels.
Problem Diagnosis, Resolution, Maintenance, and Repair.
Documentation, Record Keeping, and Training Users.
Security Compliance. Printer and Network Support
Date Backup, Outlook Configuration, Application Installation, and Server Configuration.
Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot, and restore service to terminal service clients, PCs, or notebooks with authorized access to the network.
