In the teaching domain, I have experience in planning and delivering structured lessons, explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner, and assessing student performance. My role involved curriculum support, student mentoring, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment that encouraged academic growth and discipline.

Alongside this, I bring hands-on experience in Banking HR, where I have worked on key human resource functions such as recruitment and onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, performance coordination, compliance with banking policies, and staff support. I have collaborated closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory standards.
