I teach Personality Development, Personal Grooming, Corporate Training, and Communication Skills. I am a retired corporate professional with 38 years of rich professional experience, particularly in leadership skills. My extensive corporate experience has given me a practical understanding of professional communication, leadership, grooming, and the qualities required to develop a confident personality.

Over the course of my professional career, I have gained considerable exposure to working in corporate environments and understanding professional expectations. I now use this experience to help students and professionals develop skills that can support them in their personal and professional growth.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). My academic background, combined with 38 years of corporate experience, has helped me develop a practical perspective towards leadership, communication, personality development, and professional grooming.

Grooming and personality development are areas that I particularly specialize in. I believe that developing a confident personality involves more than just appearance. It also includes communication, presentation, professional behaviour, confidence, and the ability to interact effectively with others.

My teaching methodology is structured and interactive. I prepare lesson plans according to the learning requirements and conduct sessions that encourage active participation. I focus on helping students understand the practical aspects of the skills being taught so that they can apply them beyond the classroom.

I use PPT and videos during my online sessions to support explanations and make the training more engaging. I believe that practical examples and visual learning resources can help students understand professional concepts more effectively. I also encourage participants to engage with the sessions and apply the skills being discussed.

My objective is to use my professional experience to help students and learners become more confident and better prepared for personal and corporate environments. Through training in personality development, grooming, communication, and leadership-related skills, I aim to provide practical guidance that students can apply in their academic, professional, and personal lives.
