I have an experience of more than 20 years in teaching schools, college and other coaching institutes. I started this profession by joining a higher secondary school as PGT in commerce in the same locality where I lived. I continued this job for three years and meanwhile I started to take classes in a reputed coaching institute. After spending 10 years in the same location, I came to the well known academic area of the city and joined an institute where I taught in a higher profession and corporate environment. Here I worked as a trainer of spoken English. After spending next 7-8 years here I returned to the same subjects and streams, PGT in commerce. I joined another school and continued this for next 5-6 years along with my private teaching in my own coaching institute that I established in 2015-16. In 2021 I shifted myself from PGT in an MP Board school to the PGT in a CBSE school where I am still continuing.

Numerical subject like accountancy in commerce needs attention to the basic four things that are Accounting Rules , Formatting of financial statements, faster and accurate calculation and language interpretation. During my teaching I work out with the students upon each of these equally. Basic accounting rules and proper formatting of the financial statements are considered and dealt as basic condition before going to interpret the language of the numerical questions and to calculate the sums accordingly. Therefore firstly I make the students very much familiar with the basic accounting rules and proper formatting through a kind of drilling method at the beginning of the process. By clarifying the language of the questions properly I make them sure about what to do in that question. After going through the same thing repeatedly, the students become able to understand the questions and the calculation, of course needs practice that makes anyone more proficient with accurate calculation. Soon the students start to enjoy their efforts and only then more productive approach is found behind their studies. Similarly in Business Studies and Economics I ensure that the students must understand the contents of the particular topics along with the related facts. To prepare notes everyday with the flow of learning is a simple task for which I not only motivate the students but they are provided with a direct support from my side ever. It makes them able to handle the questions based on the case studies mainly in Business Studies. In Economics, I tell them about the graphical presentation and other diagrams to draw while going to explain different economic laws and topics. Once when we start to enjoy our study, we start to be perfect in our study. I have the same spirit of doing work with interest and clear intention that I tell them and make them realise that "Learning is a never-ending process."
