After spending 30+ years in engineering education and leadership roles, I realized something powerful: Career success is all about clarity, confidence, and consistency. Today, as a Gold Standard Certified Career Counsellor, I help students and professionals break free from confusion, self-doubt, and burnout to gain career clarity, confidence, and consistency so that they can thrive, not just survive, in their careers. I believe everyone has tremendous potential within them. My mission is to help them rediscover it, channel it, and design a clear roadmap to move forward with purpose and peace of mind.
