With extensive training and teaching experience, I am a Meditation Tutor and Mindfulness Teacher. My vast experience in teaching students from all age groups and backgrounds has given me a unique ability to communicate and express instructions in a way that is easy for students to understand and follow.

Meditation is something that I have been a student and instructor of for many years. I lead weekly meditation sessions, both in-person at my home and through online platforms to help my students develop focus, balance of emotions, and enhanced overall health and decreased stress levels.

My areas of specialization in the field of meditation include:
- Mindfulness Meditation
- Relaxation Techniques
- Breathing Techniques (Pranayama)
- Basic Yoga Based Meditations

I am certified in both Meditation and Mindfulness, and I continually enhance my personal skills through continued self-study and the ongoing education programs I attend.

In order to be an effective teacher, I strive to create a supportive, caring, and student-centered environment in which my students are able to take risks and learn. Each session I create is specifically tailored to meet the needs of each student. Many students seek or request assistance with Stress Relief, Improving Focus, Developing Emotional Control, and Attaining Inner Peace, and I feel very comfortable mentoring students as they begin their personal journey into the world of meditation.
