IdentityI teach Chemistry to students of Classes 9 to 12 and have been doing so for the past 3 years. My primary focus is on helping students build a strong conceptual foundation while also enhancing their problem-solving skills, which are crucial for excelling in both board exams and competitive examinations. I believe that understanding the "why" behind every concept is the key to mastering Chemistry, and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver in my sessions.
I hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry from MANIT Bhopal (Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology). This academic background has equipped me with in-depth subject knowledge, which I leverage to make my classes detailed, structured, and easy to understand. My education at one of the premier institutes has also shaped my ability to break down complex topics into simpler concepts for my students.
In addition to teaching, I have worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Chemistry on the Chegg platform. This role involved solving a wide variety of Chemistry-related questions for students from different academic systems, which strengthened my expertise in diverse problem-solving approaches. Furthermore, I have taught as an offline Chemistry faculty at Unacademy’s Kota Centre as well as its Bilaspur Centre in Chhattisgarh. These experiences allowed me to interact with students preparing for both school-level exams and competitive exams, and design teaching strategies that cater to their specific needs.
My teaching approach is interactive and application-based, ensuring that students do not just memorize formulas but truly understand how to use them. I follow a structured lesson plan, emphasizing concept clarity through detailed explanations, practical examples, and regular assessments. I also conduct doubt-solving sessions to ensure that every student feels confident about what they have learned.
I primarily conduct online classes, offering flexibility and convenience to students from different locations. To make online learning effective, I use tools like PowerPoint presentations, a whiteboard, and a pen tablet for clear explanations and live problem-solving. These tools make the sessions visually engaging and easier to follow, especially when dealing with complex chemical equations and mechanisms.
In addition to teaching during class hours, I provide comprehensive notes and study material to help students revise and practice effectively. My ultimate goal is to make Chemistry an interesting and scoring subject for students, enabling them to not only excel in their exams but also develop a genuine understanding and appreciation for the subject.
