• Design and develop interactive dashboards, charts, and reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel to present key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and trends to senior management and stakeholders.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for both internal teams and client-side operations. Provide visual storytelling to highlight trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—including IT, business operations, and client management—to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored visual analytics solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used in reports. Follow best practices for data security, access control, and documentation.
• Generated reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate insights to the company’s Team Leads, Support Teams and the higher Management, supporting data-driven decision-making.
