IdentityMy biggest strength is my adaptability. This has largely come from a significant amount of experience in retail. At my last company, I spent every day in a face-to-face environment with the public and often had to deal with ad hoc requests from customers. On one particular occasion, a customer approached me, quite annoyed by the fact that a product had only just gone on offer but was out of stock on the shelf.
I immediately notified the warehouse managers to see if any more were in stock unfortunately they werent. I then contacted our nearest stores, one of which did have the product in the stock, and arranged for it to be delivered to our store the next morning. We had one satisfied customer thanks to my quick thinking.
