Hello friend, After graduation, you may apply for the Executive program of the company secretary course. This means that being a graduate, you are exempted from the Foundation Program, which is a must for candidates who have qualified +2 level of exam. The Company Secretary course, apart from Foundation and Executive Program, comprise of Professional Program and practical training. To enroll yourself for the program, you must apply at your nearest regional office of ICSI. There are no particular courses to be done before pursuing company secretary course. Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of teaching experience

After under graduation you can register with the ICSI. You have to write the intermediate and final exam. Also undergo the internship training. If you are still doing your under graduation then you need to write the foundation exam also.

Hi Yazhini, After 10+2, you can join the CS Foundation Program which is of eight months duration. While the Admission to the CS Course is open throughout the year, you need to register before 31st March to appear in December Examination in the same year. If you enrol before 30th September you will be able to sit for the June Examination next year. Once you clear your Foundation stage, the next stage will be 'Executive' and the last stage 'Professional'. To qualify any of the stages you need to score a minimum of 40% in each subject and 50% as aggregate of all subject. The student who would like to join this CS Course after 10+2 has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e., Foundation Programme Executive Programme Professional Programme 2. In addition, the student has to undergo Practical Training for about 15 months which a student may opt to start after passing the Executive Programme. 3. The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation (Example- B.com) has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretaryship i.e. Executive Programme Professional Programme Besides, the student has to undergo Practical Training for about 15 months. 4. Foundation Programme which is of eight months duration can be pursued by 10+2 pass students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream. 5. Executive Programme can be pursued by a Graduate of all streams except Fine Arts. 6. Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course. 7. Training: A Student has to undergo 15 months Management Training in Companies sponsored by the Institute after passing the Executive or Professional Programme or under the guidance of a Company Secretary in Practice. 8. After qualifying Professional Examination and on successful completion of training a candidate is admitted as an Associate Member of the ICSI and can use the letters ACS after his/her name i.e. Associate Company Secretary. Note: Admission to the CS Course is open throughout the year. Examinations are held twice a year in June & December. read less

Dear, first you have to do registration for executive.there is no percentage criteria. You need not to give foundation.then you will b eligible for exam of CS exe. after getting registered. Now the registration fee is Rs. 9000.
