Hi Honja,
It's a very serious hurdle nowadays faced by a number of people. And by following a basic trick you can overcome this.
The problem regarding speaking English is that due to so much fluency in native language we found is much easier to express our views. If we think about it, that why is it so?
It is due to the fact that we have tamed our brain to not only speak our native language with ease but also to think the sentences in native language.
So what you can do is; just try to build or frame sentences in English not in native. Now why is it so because it is this time gap in which we frame sentences in native language and then convert that in English ruins our English speaking skills.
It might take a few days to get the result. But this is the best method to improve your speaking skills.
