Mudit Mishra

I teach SQL programming and Python, and I’ve had the opportunity to guide several students in understanding the core logic, structure, and applications of these powerful languages. My approach is rooted in practical understanding and real-world implementation. I take pride in helping learners develop both their conceptual foundation and hands-on coding skills.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, which gave me a strong start in programming and database systems. After graduation, I worked for two years at Cognizant, gaining exposure to large-scale software development and enterprise-level technology practices. That experience helped me build the professional and technical depth I bring into my teaching.

I then moved to the United States to pursue my Master’s degree in a related field. During my time there, I also served as a statistics instructor at a college. Teaching at the undergraduate level allowed me to work with students from diverse academic backgrounds, and I developed techniques to explain even the most complex ideas in an easy-to-follow manner. This experience plays a key role in how I structure and deliver my SQL and Python lessons today.

After returning to India, I focused on strengthening my skills in data programming, particularly SQL and Python, and began teaching part-time. I found that there was a huge demand for simplified, practical instruction—especially for students preparing for tech careers or transitioning into data-related roles. My goal is to bridge that gap by offering clear explanations, real-time examples, and logical workflows.

I conduct online classes, as this provides flexibility for students while also allowing me to share resources, screen-share, and demonstrate live coding exercises. I follow a well-structured lesson plan, but I’m always ready to adapt based on the pace and interests of the learner. I strive to make classes interactive, encouraging questions, discussions, and hands-on problem-solving.

In my sessions, I use PowerPoint presentations, coding environments, and practice exercises to reinforce every concept. Whether it’s writing queries, building Python functions, or understanding how databases work, I focus on helping students gain the skills they can actually use. I also provide notes and reference materials so students can revise and practice independently after class.

What I enjoy most about teaching is watching students grow from confusion to confidence. My aim is not just to teach syntax, but to develop real understanding and problem-solving ability.
