Ema S.

I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over 22 years of teaching experience at B.B.L. Public School, Bareilly, where I have been working as a Primary Teacher since April 2004.

I hold M.Ed., B.Ed., M.Com., and B.Com. degrees and am CTET and TET qualified. Throughout my teaching career, I have developed strong expertise in teaching Mathematics, English, Hindi, Science, and Social Studies, with a focus on building strong conceptual foundations among students.

I have also served as the Primary Wing Coordinator for six years, gaining valuable experience in academic planning, curriculum development, teacher coordination, and student progress monitoring.

One of my key professional contributions has been designing a structured Teacher's Diary that includes day-wise lesson planning, teaching schedules, and academic activities to help teachers organize their work effectively. I have also contributed to the development of school almanacs to support academic planning and communication.

I have actively participated in several CBSE training programmes and professional development workshops covering innovative teaching methodologies, experiential learning, foundational literacy, subject-specific pedagogy, and effective lesson planning.

My Teaching Approach:

I believe every child has a unique learning style and deserves individual attention. My teaching approach focuses on:

- Concept-based learning rather than rote memorisation.
- Simple explanations supported by practical examples.
- Interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
- Regular practice, revision, and assessments.
- Building students' confidence and improving academic performance.
- Creating a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

My goal is to help students develop a genuine interest in learning, strengthen their fundamentals, and achieve academic excellence through patient, structured, and personalised guidance.
