I usually teach in colleges, and I have 2 years of teaching experience. I also take home tuitions, and as a senior student in my college, I used to take classes for my juniors as well. My teaching style is very different and interactive. I do not just read from books and explain whatever is written there. Instead, I teach through examples, pictures, videos, and real-life situations so that students can understand concepts easily and remember them for a long time. I prefer storytelling methods while teaching. For example, if I am explaining a patient case, I describe the complete situation in detail so students can relate to it emotionally and practically. I help them imagine themselves in that patient’s situation and understand how a person feels during such circumstances, and how recovery or management can be done effectively. I strongly believe in teaching based on real-life experiences because it makes learning more practical, engaging, and understandable for students. I have been teaching in my college for the past 3 years and taking home tuitions for the last 2 years.
