I have coached at Kodagu FC in the Karnataka top-tier league, Sikkim Aakraman in the Sikkim top-tier league, where we won the championship in 2025, and Thunderbolt North United, where we finished as runners-up in 2024. My playing experience with clubs such as Mohammedan Sporting Club, TASM Punjab, Southern Samity, and Police Service has also helped me understand the game from both a player's and a coach's perspective. My coaching responsibilities include planning and delivering structured training sessions, developing technical and tactical skills, improving players' decision-making, and preparing teams for competition. I work on key areas such as positional understanding, attacking and defensive principles, transition play, team organization, and individual player development. I also focus on designing age- and ability-appropriate sessions that encourage players to understand the game and apply their learning in match situations. I use a structured approach to training, including session planning, observation, feedback, performance evaluation, and match analysis. I aim to create a positive and disciplined learning environment where players can develop confidence, teamwork, communication, accountability, and a strong work ethic. I also recognize the importance of adapting coaching methods to meet individual needs and helping players understand their roles and responsibilities within the team. I hold AFC C and B coaching licenses and continuously seek opportunities to improve my knowledge and coaching practice. My overall objective is to help players reach their potential, improve team performance, and contribute to the long-term development of football.
