I’m a psychology postgraduate with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, and I’m genuinely interested in working with young people on real-life skills that don’t always get space in classrooms. I’ve had hands-on experience through internships and field exposure where I worked closely with individuals on emotional regulation, communication, confidence building, and everyday coping skills.

I enjoy creating safe, comfortable spaces where people feel heard and understood, and I naturally lean towards an empathetic, conversational approach rather than a rigid or preachy one. My key strengths include active listening, emotional awareness, patience, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, relatable way. As a fresher, I’m still learning, but I’m curious, reflective, and open to feedback, and I genuinely care about helping people grow in practical, meaningful ways.
