I come from a strong finance and accounting background with over 7 years of hands-on experience in core areas like financial reporting, statutory compliance, auditing, and MIS reporting. I am a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant, having cleared CA Inter with a distinction in Accounts — I scored 81 marks, which reflects both my conceptual clarity and interest in the subject.

Professionally, I’ve worked in multiple finance roles — from being an Article Assistant where I handled tax filings and audits, to managing end-to-end accounting functions and leading teams as a Finance Manager. I’ve also supervised compliance for over 50 clients and developed SOPs and dashboards that improved operational efficiency.

This journey has not only strengthened my practical understanding of accounting principles but also developed my ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and structured manner — something that’s very important in teaching. My decision to move into teaching is driven by my passion for accounts and the desire to make the subject engaging and accessible to students.
