Hi, I’m Vishwani Patlan, a passionate CrossFit Coach and Strength & Conditioning Trainer with 2+ years of coaching experience and 3+ years of personal CrossFit training across CrossFit gyms and commercial gyms.

I specialize in personal training (PT), group classes, functional training, and strength & conditioning. My coaching style focuses on proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, strength development, and long-term fitness, not just fat loss.

I work with beginners to intermediate athletes, helping them improve strength, stamina, mobility, and overall performance through structured and scalable programs. I strongly believe in building a solid foundation before intensity.
