IdentityI taught at elementary school and also took home tuition for eigth months,during the last year of my engineering in Bangalore. Firstly it was difficult for me,as i found it hard to me cope with the discipline in the classroom and adjust with students' curious mind.However, after few weeks later i found my grounds and learned what worked the best on each student and how to keep discipline.
In my point of view its feel great to connect with student and read their mind because their mind are very sharp and curious.First need to be read their mind and do work their accordingly, this way students become friend and co-operate to learn everything from you.I learned a lot from teaching.Teaching is like a performing art.No amounts of reading or attending workshops will prepare you for the challenge.You only get better with practice.
I can teach students in simple and better way,so they can easily get the concept and score good marks.
