After more than 25 years of global experience in Learning & Development and talent transformation, I have seen firsthand how the right guidance at the right time can completely change the trajectory of a person’s life. My mission is to make that guidance structured, strategic, and accessible.

At MAVARO, I aim to redefine career counselling as a science-driven, personalized process rather than generic advice. I integrate competency mapping, career architecture, and performance science to help students and professionals understand who they truly are, where their strengths lie, and how those strengths align with evolving industry demands. My goal is to equip individuals with clarity, confidence, and a practical roadmap for growth.
