Am a certified Lean Six Sigma professional (Process Excellence Master Black Belt) with a proven expertise in Six Sigma, LEAN and Process Improvement. I have a total of 12+ years of cumulative experience in Process Excellence and 8+ years in core Process Excellence role (Six Sigma). I have successfully trained and mentored more than 500 professionals in White Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt levels. Also proficient in Minitab.
Am also a Design Thinking Practitioner. I have completed my certification from IIM Bangalore. Am a regular DT practitioner and integral part of the Innovation lab, who conducts the regular DT workshops. I have successfully conducted DT workshops for more than 300 professionals and still going on. I Lead and/or support service design/ human-centered design and innovation engagements across the company and various project types.
