My name is Venkatesh Shinde and I'm a Transformation specialist and fitness coach, im a highly experienced in HYPOTROPHY TRAINING/MUSCLE AND MIND TRAINING STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING/ FUNCTION TRAINING, -HIIT- TO- LIIT , CORE STRENGTHENING/FAT LOSS AND MEDICAL CONDITION TRAINING ETC. My background is in fitness and sports as a MASTER COACH / HEAD COACH , and I'm passionate about helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve their goals through effective training and coaching.
