I am Dr. Tincy Mariam Easow, and i'm thrilled to be applying for the Assistant Professor position in Nursing. With a PhD in Nursing from Srinivas university Managalore, and over 14 years of experience in both teaching & clinical in Paediatrics, i am confident in my ability to teach & mentor Nursing students. As a nurse educator, I've had the opportunity to teach various courses, including nursing fundamentals, paediatrics, nursing research & nursing administration. I've implemented curricula that promote critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success. Beyond teaching, I am actively engaged in research, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences., My commitment to evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and student-centered learning enables me to mentor and inspire future nursing professionals effectively. Additionally, my experience in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and use of modern teaching methodologies, including simulation-based learning and digital education tools, aligns with the evolving educational landscape.
