Identity Tapovana – the garden of meditation – had its beginnings way back in 2003.The wealth of knowledge and the immense potential of self-improvement available in Yoga led to an awakened interest in this ancient Indian science. The result was the inception of Tapovana Yoga Therapy Home.
Moving ahead on the yogic path that unfolds the Inner Self or the Pure Consciousness, an urge to share the knowledge and heal gave birth to Tapovana. Various Yoga therapies formulated to cure stress borne ailments of modern times were first offered at the center. The need was gradually felt for regular Yoga practice, thus providing both healing as well as prevention.
