I am M.Com, MBA, PGDOR (Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Research), M.Phil (Management) and PhD in Management. I stood University III in M.Com and University IV in MBA. He was a State Incentive Merit and National Scholarships holder during his studies. I have 7 years of industry experience besides 23 years of teaching at the MBA level. I published more than 80 research articles in national and international journals and presented 10 research papers in national and international conferences.
I am a member of the Board of the Examiners for PhD theses evaluation at Alagappa University, Karaikudi and at Mother Theresa Women University, Kodaikanal. He has been to Alagappa University, Karaikudi as External Examiner for PhD Viva-voce examination.I am a recognized PhD guide at various Universities. I am a reviewer and member of Editorial Board of many journals of both national and international.
